Free Shipping Policy
Orders over $43 (total merchandise value before tax) receive free standard shipping. This offer may not apply to international or special regions; any exceptions will be noted during checkout.
Processing and Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt and payment confirmation (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Shipping Time: After processing, depending on the selected shipping method, the estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days (standard shipping). Peak periods (such as holiday sales) may extend this time.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
We use reliable courier partners for delivery. After shipment, we'll send a tracking number to the email address you provide. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package online.
Shipping and Additional Charges
Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be charged the standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Customers who require expedited delivery or special services can select and pay the corresponding fees when placing their order.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges incurred by the destination country (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address and Signature
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address and contact number when placing your order. If a package is detained or returned due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery. If a package is shown as delivered but the customer has not signed for it, please contact the courier to verify the delivery details. We can assist with inquiries but are not responsible for any losses after delivery.
Loss, Damage, and Returns
- If your package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact us at customer@twctoday.com within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant evidence (order number, photos, tracking number, etc.). We will assist in processing a claim or reissuing the package after verification.
- For minor damage or packaging defects caused by transportation, please be sure to retain the packaging and delivery receipt for further processing.
- For return and exchange information, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. For returns and exchanges due to transportation issues, we will cover the shipping costs based on the specific circumstances.
Force Majeure and Delays
In the event of delays caused by natural disasters, policy adjustments, logistics congestion, or other force majeure, we will promptly notify customers and make every effort to assist with tracking. We cannot assume any additional liability for delays.
