Vivian Brown

Vivian began her career at TWC back in the 90's, at which time her duties included preparing on air grpahics, analysis of current conditions, and forecasting. She later became an OCM through the apprenticeship program.

Vivian holds a BS in Meteorology from Jackson State University.
